seriously. So yesterday when it was weigh day and I was on day three of being really constipated I was pretty ticked. I weighed and had lost 1.6 lbs for the week. But I KNEW that was not really true... cause I had all this poop in me!
But this morning was glorious. And the constipation ended. And so just for giggles I weighed again... and low and behold I was down 1.6 lbs from YESTERDAY.
LOL what a great title for a thread... But I, too, have experienced the magical weight loss that sometimes comes with a trip to the bathroom, so I guess I can't blame you, hehe!
Hahaha. This thread reminds me of that book. "Everybody poops" which I LOVE by the way. I too feel I weigh less after a good poo! And I love that my new diet allows me to do it twice a day!!!
Personally, I NEVER weigh if I don't poop first. Anyone else notice if you are no longer eating bulky greasy food, you no longer poop 3 times a day? LOL
I hate it when I can't go. Which seems to be more and more lately. I eat fiber, drink coffee, water, etc...and there are still days where I don't go at all or don't go till late at night ( for the first time ) It's very irratating cause I do have the feeling of wanting to go....I just can't.
