Default OT: I went to my drs appt
And it just so wasn't that bad. I even voluntarily had her do blood work. Since we are thinking about a baby next year, I have to have my thyroid checked, so she said we should just do it today, so I did! I am pretty dang proud of myself.

I was anxious, but not overcome by it this time & my BP was even low because i wasn't hyperventilating like I sometimes do.

I didn't lose that final pound this morning, but 19 pounds is pretty da mn good! And maybe I'll be down on Monday for my real weigh in.

Thanks for all your kind words. You all helped get me through another anxious drs appt.

Jessie: She didn't really respond. She was just worried that I wasn't eating enough calories & that she was more concerned about weight maintenance than weight loss...it was kinda weird.

Hmmmm... well I think you are doing fantastic! Keep it up! She prob is worried about an ED right? Congrats again on that awesome weight loss! Totally inspiring!!!

Great job! she probably just wanted to make sure you were losing it the healthy way, since so many young woman are not. Good luck on that baby goal...remember to take a multi with lots of folic acid.
