Ive been a member of these boards for a while, and gone through 2 bouts of weight loss, the most recent one being a total of 52lbs. And I've regained it all back, and then some.
This time, Im trying something new - Im not going to count calories, Im not going to track my weight (at least not until May, but thats for a different reason I will explain shortly) My goal is to eat correctly, as much as I want, but to tell the difference between bored eating and hungry eating. Im going to work out more, try to move at least every day
Well about me.. Im 23 years old, and in July I married the man Ive been in love with for over 7 years. IT was a small, JOP wedding, and we'll be having another, bigger wedding at the PA Renaissance Faire. Im getting an amazing custom-made dress, and in May I have to go to Ohio to have the bodice fitted. The dressmaker asked that I not have my weight fluctuate by more than 5 lbs either way, because that will have an effect on how my body looks and thereofre how my dress fits. so around that time I'll be verrrry careful.
