I'm on Day 4 of my 70 day New Year's binge-free challenge as well as on plan with my exercise (could there be a correlation there? hmmm....) and down another 1/2 lb. this morning so I think the damage is slowly being undone from last week! I am hoping to see 162 again (or lower...that would be nice) by the weekend. I cannot wait to see the 150's!

I only did 30 min. of cardio yesterday as opposed to the 60 I had planned but I actually managed a few 30-second jogging intervals (and felt like I could do much more but didn't want to stress my joints too much) interspersed with my walking, which was also much faster than normal. Moving around is so much easier with these 20+ lbs. off! I am sooo glad I did a U-turn and chose this lifestyle instead of staying on the unhealthy path, which was the wrong path for me btw, I was heading down.

Exercise today will be 45-60 min. of cardio and calories will be between 1400-1500.

to Spoz, Helwa, Wardhog & Cher! Good luck today girls!

Ward, I'm with you on new starts. I don't think I've been on and off bingeing since last Monday. Has a slight slip up today, but I stopped myself and re gained control which is a step in the right direction.

Seems like everybody else is going strong

I'm barely hanging on by a thread - but I'm hanging on nonetheless. I'm up almost 4 pounds from last week's free-for-all. GGRRrrrrr.

I need a couple of days of good, clean living (eating) to get me back on track. Today is going to be Day 1 if it kills me.

Ingrid, seems you're in the same boast as a few of us. How is you're week beginning?

I'm having a good start to the day. Sticking to my binge-free program so far today which is looking good, and hopefully will set me up for a good week.

Hey all! I am on Day 5 today! Day 4 was a little bit rocky at times...like clickchick, at some points I was hanging on by a thread...but I held on! No bingeing to report. My problem yesterday wasn't even that I felt like bingeing, it was that I was feeling hungry. I know I am giving my body enough calories, though, so I can deal with some hunger pangs!

Have to buy Halloween candy within the next couple days, but am not tempted to eat any myself. Last year I had my wisdom teeth removed 2 days before Halloween, so I couldn't eat anything solid for a few days, which took care of the candy problem. To be honest, tho, I didn't even want to eat any, even tho I was giving out the "good" stuff, like PB cups, Snickers, Twix, etc. There was a time when I LOVED Reese's PB cups, but I like Green & Black's dark chocolate a WHOLE lot more now. Milk chocolate (even w/ PB) does not compare.

This year, my motivation to not eat any Halloween candy is that my birthday is the next day and I want to see a good number on the scale! Speaking of scales, I was down another lb. this morning, so I am now only 1.5 lbs up from my ticker. I hope to get back to my ticker weight by Halloween.

Plan for today is 50-60 min. cardio and between 1400-1500 calories.

Hope everybody else is doing well! And if not, then get your butt on here and let us know what's going on!

I have 2 days binge free, and am doing well so far on my third.

I always have a hard time a few hours after dinner, but I have been trying an intuitve eating approach the past couple days, and so far, so good.

I have not binged today, and i have not cheated on my diet either. yesterday i ate a half loaf of bread in one sitting. things like that make me really disappointed in myself. I am done with binging this week.

Barista, well done for being binge free today. Try not to feel guilt when you binge, its difficult but critical to move on

I'm doing a-ok. I'm 155 this morning which is a huge surprise to me. I havent seen that number in months, and this past week I felt like I overdid it, plus TOM. Woohoo
