Hi!
I am new to this forum! I decided to join because I am hoping to get support from people who understand!
I lost about 45 pounds using Weight Watchers a few years ago. But I gained it all back, plus 35. I am a grad student and spend most of my time in the library or in class, and all of that sitting (an snacking) caused me to gain so much weight. I am hoping to get back to where I was. So far I have lost 10 pounds...but I still have a ways to go!
I decided to start Lindora this week...are any of you familiar with it? How did it work for you?
Any advice, suggestions or kind words are appreciated!!!
