Hi all! Well, I am back on the wagon. After months of fiddling around and being depressed I am back at the gym and went to see my doctor. He put me on Reductil and sent me to a nutritionist so...*fingers crossed* I have been on it for 5 days now and I can that my hunger has been reduced, whether this is having an affect on my weight, I don't know. My pants feel looser but that could just be my imagination.
Anyway, I am back. Not on the net so much but I will try and check in weekly. School is really kickin' my booty
