Default New here, 2 kids and 30 lbs later!

Hello

Well, I'm new to the forums, but not to SB. I had success with SB a few years ago, however, with the addition of two more little ones, all my success is gone My daughter was born 8 weeks ago, and I already see the 1-3 lbs creeping up and down, and this is not going to happen!!! I know it's going to be a challenge, what with late nights and sometimes no sleep, but I have to do what I have to do, so I'm back! I'm starting next Monday, mainly to recondition my mind for what I need to do, and really plan out and get my menu's ready for the weeks ahead. I'm an insane planner, lol.

A little about me, I'm Sandi, just turned 40, married for 14yrs and have 5 kids ranging from 12 to 2 months, I live in NC, transplanted from South Florida 7 years ago. Anything else, feel free to ask I'm looking forward to my journey with you all!

Sandi

Sandi. You sound like one busy lady. By the way, of you are breast feeding, you should start with Phase II rather than Phase I.
Join the chickies on the Phase I Chick-Check thread as well as the daily chatter.

Sandi!

Congratulations on your new kiddos!

It sounds like you're setting yourself up for success by taking the time to plan ahead. Be realistic with yourself about what you can do with the late nights and such and work to make it work for you, hon. Glad to have you here!

Welcome Sandi- Congratulations on your new baby girl. I had my last baby 5 years ago when I was 38 years old. South Beach really helps with the slow down of metabolism when you hit your 40's that is for sure.

Lots of good support and advice on this website
