Does anyone know anything about Pete Cohen?

A friend has recommended an event he is doing in London - but I don't know anything about him.

I think he was on breakfast tv (?)

I subscribe to Pete's e-newsletter which contains really useful advice and is written in a nice quirky way! Lots of helpful tips. He really tries to address the emotional issues behind weight problems.

I did a trial of his weight loss programme and found it very good.

He has a regular column in Slim at Home magazine and regularly features on TV programmes about weight loss.

Worth a try I would say! Would be interested in your feedback if you decide to go for it. I think he has a half price offer on at the moment for a limited time so be quick!
