Default Food Accountability!?!

Got up early so...
5:30 a.m. cup of protein hot chocolate - I was freezing.
8:30 a.m. egg, tomato slice, lt. miracle whip
12:00 a.m. boiled egg and seven slices of turkey pepperoni
12:30 p.m. Atkins Advantage Caramel Choc. Peanut Nougat Bar - Been on the road since 11:00 job hunting
3:00 p.m. 3 oz Walmart chicken filet - because I'm in a hurry! LOL!
6:00 p.m. Supper: Going to be a pcs. of ham loaf and hopefully some danged fiber. Probably and apple with peanut butter
9:30 snack probably 3 heaping TBSP of yogurt with 1/4c. of granola and an inch of banana if GK don't find it.

Anyone else want to chime in. I'm trying to eat better quality food!! YIKES! Definitely need more fiber. As of 3:00 I've only had 28 oz of water. Two eggs in one day!!! All you newbies: DO A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN THIS! LOL! I'm open for criticism!!!!

9/30
Breakfast: 1/2 of Muscle Milk and Oats with 3 TBSP of yogurt
Lunch: 1 slice of homemade Buffalo chicken pizza - Didn't finish the crust
Snack: About 6 oz of boiled shrimp, six cuke slices and hummus. Had a 1 carb cocktail sauce with the shrimp
Supper: 1/2 slice of pizza, I did eat the crust and 1/4 c. Splenda Hot Fudge Cake. Boy look at the carbs on this one!!!
9:00 p.m. Mattrix "hot chocolate" with sf french vanilla cremora

My family was here yesterday and I fixed homemade pizzas for them with the Splenda Crockpot Hot Fudge Cake. NO VEGGIES!!! CRIPES!!! I did make them walk a mile to the little store to get some bacon for the pizza. You'd have thought I asked them to walk on glass!!! LOL!!

10/01
6:00 a.m. Started my day with a cup of hot decaf tea with 1/2 tsp Splenda blend and a thin slice of Cornell High Protein bread, toasted with a tsp of reduced sugar peach butter. Then started traveling

12:00 p.m. Four pieces of General Tso Chicken and six pcs of deep fried okra

1:30 - small Detour lower sugar protein bar

Supper: Going to be ham loaf and steamed seasoned edamame

Snack will probably be yogurt, because I haven't had any dairy, with apple.

I'm behind on water, as usual. We worked on steel shelving out in the garage last night and really had trouble with the Raynaud's. Fingers were cold and I lost the danged feeling in them and could pick up the nuts and bolts! It is so much worse when I don't drink my water!!! Come on people, what are you all eating? When I really go back over and see what I've eaten, I can really see need for improvements and need quality check.
