Default Hi... I've been gone for awhile..
Hi,
I've been dealing with some health issues, on some drastic medications which made me sick. I moved which is a nightmare under any circumstances. Took care of my sister who wasvery ill (now better) Unfortunately I gave into the food devils.. I've lost some ground...
But, here I am again...Ready to get back with it.. I just wanted to say HI and 'publish' my intent to get back on my program and get moving again..
