Just wanted to say a quick hello and I'm glad that I have found this site

As my log in name shows that I am finally ready to get rid of these unwanted lbs that came for a visit and refuses to leave!!!!!!

Can someone tell me how to get the staus bar that shows our weight loss? Hopefully I will be able to get it moving soon

I believe you have to have a certian number of posts, 10? Or be a member a certain number of days. So get to posting!!

To add a signature you must be a member for 20 days and have at least 20 posts. I think.

and to Calorie Counters. To have a weight ticker and signature, you need a minimum of 20 days and 20 posts. Don't worry, it will go fast. It did for me.
