Smile 3 hour Diet

Hi Everyone,
I am starting the 3 hour diet and was just seeing if there is anyone doing this diet? It seems very doable for me and my family.

I've tried it before. It was hard for me because I couldn't find the time to eat every three hours. That is why I failed at 6 week body makeover because my schedule didn't permit me to eat every three hours. Goodluck!

3 hour diet is where you eat every 3 hours. Same concept as eating 5 meals; keep your metabolism going all day. I think there is a real menu plan associated with it though. I do it, kinda. In the sence that I eat every 3 hours.

The 3 hour diet is a book and diet by Jorge Cruise. You need to eat every 3 hours. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are 400 cal. Your 2 snacks are 100 cal.(if you are under 200 lbs.)You can have a treat after dinner that is 50 cal. You eat balanced meals of protein, carb, good fats, veg and fruits.

I'm on a similar diet -- 6 meals a day space two hours apart (sometimes 3 if it's inconvenient to eat again after just 2 hours). I eat between 200 and 250 calories per meal. It's working for me. I've lost about 20 lbs. in 2 months.

Jorgecruise.com has links to all of his books and his new belly fat report. I used to watch him several years ago on a show he had on the Food Network
