I finally did it!!! This was my first goal.
I am so happy with this! My next goal will be 250. I am trying to do small goals . I think that will work better for me. I just started going to the YMCA and really begin to enjoy going . Then I begin counting my calories. Joined a local hometown Biggest Loser contest, still trying to win that. Last week I was 5th place female. I weighed in today . I am waiting for the results to come in this evening . We have 4 more weeks left in this contest. I have really enjoyed being in this contest and I LOVE coming here for support. I have looked foward to posting my 10%. Good Luck to everyone that has read this.....
