Default Muscle definition

After losing 90 pounds of fat by lifting weights, finally finally finally I am starting to get muscle definition. This is definitely a GREAT motivator, I never had muscle you could see in my life. I'm taking more protein and lifting more and heavier now . I'll post a new pic in 2 months!

What a wonderful feeling! I remember when I first saw my arm muscles moving when I lifted something up. I was happy dancing for days! You should be so proud of your success- you are doing great!

That's so awesome, congratulations! I'm just starting to see a hint of it now. Can't wait to lose the weight so I can really see it.

Nice waist too!
