Default Hi Y'All
Hi there, everyone! I'm new to Medifast, and just want to say "hi"! I have tried alot of other diet plans and have been most successful with WW -- with them, I have lost 60 lbs several years ago and have maintained that loss for the past three years. But now it is time to get to the last 60lbs and to do it NOW, QUICKLY, while I have the motivation.
I have received my first shipment of food today, and am trying the different products, and hope to keep you all updated about my success!
