Default Yuck!

I bought some low carb wraps at the grocery store the other day.....I'm trying to eat one right now and they really are terrible! They are "Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas" brand in the garden vegetable flavor....oh wait, flavor? who am I kidding? They taste (and feel) like cardboard!!

What brand do you use? And do you find them at the regular grocery store?

I don't know about wraps but we occasionally use Mission carb balance tortillas. They are wonderful!!!!! Good luck.

La Tortilla Factory multigrain wraps

I like them just fine, but I know of at least one other 3FCer who says they taste like cardboard to her...so I think it is all a matter of taste preference.

I will say these do NOT feel like cardboard, they are extremely flexible and pliant.

I do throw about 2 teaspoons of dijonaisse on it and that adds a lot of flavor.

I've gotten some pretty bad ones over the years.

My favorite are the Mission brand cuz:

They're easy to find.

They come in white or whole grain.

They come in fajita or burrito size (at least the whole grain ones).

The fajita size whole grain low carb tortillas are just $2.39 at my local WalMart.

I haven't found a low carb tortilla I like, yet, but Walmart had some "Lavash" bread that was fairly low carb (maybe a little high for induction) that I really liked.
