Does anybody have a breakdown of the dosage for individual ingredients in Insulite? I see on their site that they have listings of CoQ10, milk thistle, chromium, etc, but I am curious how much is in a pill/serving and how many a day they recommend is taken. I can't find these numbers anywhere on the net, which is suspicious. Maybe it is just a poorly designed website or my bad eye sight, but I had a hard time even finding the ingredient list. I googled and found them on another site.

Jennifer...the GlucX or the PCOS+ doesn't have an individual break down of the dosage of each ingredient but rather a total of it all..the InsulX and RejuvenX do..hope this helps

GlucX- Fenugreek Seed, Guar Gum, Apple Pectin, and Milk Thistle Seed all total 2400 mg in 3 pills(one dose) to be taken twice daily in between meals(so total would be 4800 mg for the day)

PCOS+ - Organic Flax Seed, Saw Palmetto Berry Extract, Nettle Root, Milk Thistle Seed Extract, and Chaste Tree Berry Extract ...1687.5 mg in 2 capsules(one dose) to be taken twice a day between meals

RejuvenX has the following in 2 capsules(one dose) to be taken twice daily with meals:

Also here is the suggested pill schedule

1/2 hour before breakfast: PCOS+ 2 capsules

With breakfast: 2 capsules of InsulX and 2 caps. of RejuvenX

Between breakfast and lunch: 3 caps of GlucX

With lunch: 2 caps InsulX and 2 caps RejuvenX

Between lunch and dinner: 2 caps PCOS+

After dinner/before bed: 3 GlucX caps

Be sure to drink at least 8 oz of water when taking GlucX and do not take GlucX within 4 hours of any other medications.
