Smile 2 Days and lost 4 pounds
I am shocked, hope it continues this way,
Started Sat the 19 of July and this is Monday and 4 pounds gone.. I was not sure about this diet, or way of life, but it looks as though so far it is working for me..
I have tried many diet in the past 3 years and non have seemed to work for different reasons, like to hungry, one I gained in the first few days, this is great!!

Congratulations!!! It may get tough in the weeks ahead, but remember how much satisfaction you got looking at that scale after losing that 4 lbs!

It is probably water...If you just started your body is detoxing and this is common...It will slow down but don't get frustrated...You might even have a week or two where you don't lose anything...Just be patient...Losing LB'S too fast is not good if your gonna need to shrink loose skin.
