Default C25K Starts tomorrow!

Good luck to those who are starting the C25K tomorrow, I'll be out running tomorrow morning!

Good job to those who are already in the program too.

Just google/yahoo couch to 5k and it's a 9 week program. Itunes has podcasts for it too.

Someone should start a c25k weekly running thread tomorrow too!

I am starting it today and it would be nice to start a thread I wonder how many folks are doing it?

Hey everyone,
I started this and will keep track of it if everone would like. However I will not be doing the programme. I went out yesterday with a friend who though I was fit enough to run with out c25k and wanted to see how far I could go in one go...turns out its about 2 miles or 20 minutes so I am going to work from there.

But for those other who expressed interest in doing the C25k or any others who wnat to join in I will start a progress post.

I just got back from lunch and did my first 20min walk/jog routine! I feel so much better already. See I have been speed walking for over two months so my body is probably ready for this anyway. Which is a good thing!

Well wednesday will be day two this week for 20mins!!!!! Lets keep this going....

I'm considering starting the C25k program... I've read a lot of good things about it, here and elsewhere. I think once I replace my dead iPod with either a new iPod or an iPhone, I will get started! :-)
