Thumbs up The process started

Well I just got back from my initial visit with the people at the weight loss facility. She said I had to hold the record for the most amount of information sent in before my first visit. I had my support letters and letters of recommendation from the sleep doctor and every thing. Now things are pretty clear about what my timeline is and what my bottom line is for money. I am so excited about getting this started FINALLY. She said I could be looking at late October possible to be having the surgery. That would be a great happy birthday to me.

could you please direct me to where i can find the templates for wls? I am just getting started with trying to get things together for my husband and I to have the surgery. I am worried about getting the insurance approved--it covers it but requires the 6 month dr supervised wt loss which although i have dieted many many times, it has not always been documented. Any advice? Thanks, Terry
