Default Update On Progress

I haven't been on the site in a while due to dealing with a lot of personal issues. But this weekend I had a breakdown, and once I got over my hump, I put myself back on the wagon. Yesterday after work, I hit the gym for 30 mins on the elliptical and it felt great! Now this doesn't seem like a lot to some people, but to get me to stay on track is very hard work when you're juggling two jobs. I do have some good news though. After weeks of not working out, I've managed to maintain my loss of 11 lbs. It's been a struggle, but I am more focused now than I've been in a long time. Got rid of some baggage that has been wearing me down emotionally so that I can get back to what needs to be done: taking care of ME.

On a personal note, I'm in counseling for the emotional stress, so it's helping me stay focused and not worry so much about certain things. Wish me luck!
