Hi,
So I have two exercise balls, one medium sized and one large, that I have never really used. I was hoping someone could suggest some good workouts to do with these balls that I could easily do at home. I'm really trying to improve my fitness. Thanks in advance and hopefully this was the right place to post this.
I just have a large one, but I use both medium and large at the gym. The things I use them most for are:
wall squats with the ball
crunches and situps on the ball
and leg lifts with the ball between my ankles
reverse ball pikes (shins on the ball, palms on the floor, roll up)
I know there are other ways I could use them, but that's mostly what I do.
