Here's my mantra again: REmember that it takes 3,500 calories to gain 1 lb of fat. To gain 6lbs in 5 days, you'd have had to eat 21,000 calories above and beyond your regular maintenance cals. At 154 lbs, your maintenance cals are probably right around 2000 a day, so that means in a 5 day period you'd have had to eat a grand total of 31,000 calories, or over 6,000 calories per day.
Do you think you ate that much?
I suspect you didn't.
I do suspect that what you did was eat a lot of salty foods, a lot of things that aren't on your regular healthy eating plan, and a lot of fatty things ... all of which are causing you to bloat and retain water.
I'll bet you that if you spend a couple of days drinking water and eating right, you'll lose at least 1/2 to 2/3 of that in one big "whoosh" of water-weight.
Now that you're not panicking about weight you didn't really gain here ...
... think about what happened. It's very likely that you'll be staying with your boyfriend again, right? So you (and he) need to come up with a plan so that you can continue to eat healthily while you're with him. If he's a supportive boyfriend, then he'll help you with this.
Good luck ... I know you'll be fine!
