That is SO true for me, as well! I used to constantly chase my next high from food and nothing ever seemed to satisfy it. Now, give me some string cheese and a corn cake (like a rice cake made of corn) and I'm as happy as can be! Prior, I would eat an eclaire, a croissant and maybe an omlet and not get that much satisfaction. It's weird, but wonderful! I'm not going to say that I don't often want those kinds of foods, but now I can enjoy the good stuff on a regular basis!
