Default I will never regret not eating the cookie

I will never regret not eating the cookie that is my new mantra.

I was thinking about all the regrets i have had about not loosing weight, not exercising or eating poorly. I realized i have never regretted not eating something bad.

I wont look back a year from now and say ahh man i wish i would have had that potato chip. but i will look back and say "ahhh! why did i eat the potato chip"

Being kind to our selves involves not doing things we know we will regret so ... stay away from the damn potato chip!

Well said! Along the same lines: I never regret having exercised or say to myself, "I wish I hadn't worked out..."

You know, I'd never thought of it like that.

So very true!

That is a very good paradigm to have! I'm going to have to keep that in mind.

It's funny how the simplest concepts can be those that help the most. Thanks for sharing.

exactly why is it so hard sometimes to do things you know will make you feel good?

Now THAT is a very good question. I wish I had the answer because if I did I think I would have a much easier time eating right all the time. I think it's harder for some than others, too, don't cha think?
