I am watching and trying to reduce carbs as well as avoiding unhealthy foods and just trying to exercise more. I have a hard time keeping track of calories online with the little one's, never seems like I have time, although when I do it, it always helps.

I am calorie counting and trying to eat balanced nutrition. I'm trying to eat the required 5-9 servings of fruits and veggies and lots and lots of whole grains. Eating balanced nutrition fills me up so much I don't want to overeat! I think that you could do that, especially when nursing, and lose weight.

When I lost the weight from my last baby, I was doing the reduced calorie/increased exercise program from Curves and it worked very well.

I'm not there yet but my plan is to go high protein, high veg, small, frequent meals.

I'm just aiming to eat smarter (healthier choices and snacking less) and move more.

After my first I had some pretty good success with Weight Watchers but I eventually got sick of tracking everything I ate.

I'm using Weight Watchers. As of now I like it. It helps make me be accountable for what I eat and they have a plan for nursing mothers. I'm also trying to eat more fruits and veggies everyday as well which the plan encourages.
