Default Smaller Pants!
I was happy today...I went to work, and a coworker gave me an old pair of her size-38 uniform pants (I have to wait a couple of months before I get brand new ones of my own) to wear. When I started this new way of healthy living back in January 2007, I wore size-52 uniform pants, and they were tight on me then. I was so happy to be back in the 30s, for the first time in I don't know how long. It totally made my day!

Thanks! I hurt my knee a couple of weeks ago and gained a couple of pounds from lack of exercise (and TOM) . I was back in my size 40s but I got back on track as soon as my knee got better and am hoping to wear my 38s again tomorrow .
