Default Almost 20 lbs. gone!

I started South Beach on Jan. 18th, weighing in at 183.5, today I weighed in at 164.4. I'm so proud of myself, I feel great and I look SO much better! I also quit smoking which I was worried about but I didn't gain any weight, but instead found it easier to take it off being able to breathe with exercise!

My motto is "10 lbs. at a time." When I think of losing 60 lbs., it's overwhelming, but when I think of losing 10 lbs, it's easy. Anyone can lose 10 lbs. right? So right now I am aiming for the 150s and I'm not far off!

Just wanted to share!

I'm also approaching the 20 lb. mark. I can take off my jeans without unbuttoning or unzipping! yahoooo! I like the ten lbs. at a time idea. This is going to be my new mantra

Congrats and keep going! 20lbs in just a month and a half is incredible, soon before you know it you'll be down another 20lbs and THAT much closer to your goal weight.
