I would really be exited if only the people who are really having a hard time losing weight , would join this challenge. Please each and everyone promise to do the best possible. We have somewhere around three months, but please feel free to join any time you would like. I am really tired of my big fat tail whining everyday , crying like a baby , when its nobodys faught but MINE!!!!!!

I'll join the challenge. When is Memorial Day?? Isn't it in May or something?? I am going to stop trying for 5 pounds a month when i am already so close to my "goals". But i will go for maybe 7 pounds dropped and another pants size. So....my "goals" will be to weigh 126 and wear a size 2 misses and a size 5 jr's. I currently wear a size 4 misses and some size 7 jr's jeans. (Of course, with Juniors clothes, it depends on the cut).

Why not! My goal is 169 by Memorial Day. That's 6 pounds a month...Hopefully I can do better than that. I have been stuck for months now, and I need to get the ball rollin again

awww...thanks dumplin. That's so sweet!! I try to remember how far i've come when i get upset that i am not getting closer to my goal.

sockmonkey70...i'm sure you can lose 6 pounds a month. You've also done very good so far. You can do it!!!

So...looking at the calendar today, i see that memorial day is may 26th!! I think i can lose 7 pounds and a pants size by then. That should be very doable. Besides, i just called a girl at the Y who is suppose to be getting back with me about personal training sessions. I think i want to go twice a week to do weight lifting. I just need someone to tell me what to do, motivate me to push myself some and help me tone up this floppy body!!!

Hey Girls, I would like to join this with you! I have lost 9lbs in the past month. I am going to Flordia in May and I would like to loose about 20lbs by then...I know its going to be hard, but I am going to try my bestest!!!
I am currently doing WW, I am finding it very difficult to go to the gym 5x a week, so I decided this week, I will try to go before work in the AM. So we'll see how it goes. I feel confident and motivated that I can do this, and the results will be so worth it My weigh in day is Saturday, so I have all week to aim for success!
Good Luck Girls!

Sure! I want to be down to at least 190 by then. If I get lower than that I'll be ecstatic!

I like SockMonkey's 6 pounds a month, that would put me into the 120's. I'm in!

So girls what diets/life style plans are you following? Maybe a better question would be what kind of changes have you made that works? I find water and exercise always makes me have better weeks on the scales! Hope your all doing good on this Sunny Tuesday

Sorry I'm a bit late, but I would like to join in. I find that I do much better when I feel challenged and some accountablity other than myself. I would like to lose 17 pounds which would put me at 100 lbs lost!! That is a big number for me, but I am starting a running program this week so maybe that will help. Wish me luck!!

The main thing for me is to stay focused and always try to make healthy choices and quit being a junk food junky. Good Luck to each and everyone of you

Looks like you are all doing great! Its good to be Wednesday and up over the hump finally! My weigh in day is Saturday, so only 2 sleeps I feel like I have been doing better this week, I have went to the gym everyday (which i dont usually have time for) so I have been going at 5 am before work...that takes alot for me to not get the extra hour of sleep lol. I have been sticking within my points, and have been drink pleantly of h2o!! So hopefully I am down 2 on Saturday which would be 173 take care and good luck!

I'd like to join in on this one. I have about 8 lbs to lose BUT I'm going to be lifting weights and shaping this body that I let get FAT. I lost about 6-7 lbs in the past 5-6 weeks and my clothes are getting baggy, meaning I will go down a size by Memorial Day.

Memorial Day is considered the kick off to summer, this summer I'm going to wear a cute swim suit, maybe not a bikini but NOT a frumpy suit like last summer sucking in my stomach. So here's to the Memorial Day challenge!
