Default Met second mini-target

Well today I have met a number of landmarks in my weightloss journey. I've achieved a 70lb loss since May last year. This also marks my journey into double digit kilos, I weighed 99.4kg this morning so no longer in the 100s. Although I personally track in lbs my GP records my weight in kilos.

So having achieved these mini-targets I've set myself up with a new tracker which will mark the 20lb I need to lose to get to onederland.

Oh, congratulations!

I am so looking forward to being able to say the same thing. Any week...or month... now.

I cannot seem to break the 100kg mark, and it's got me half-annoyed and half-amused; it's getting beyond a joke. I hover between 100.1 (!!) and 101kg depending on how much fluid I'm retaining. I mean, seriously, would it kill my body to just cut me a bit of slack here and let the scale nudge down into double digits? /sigh.

This is how I felt when the scales kept giving me /error/ messages for body fat. I was so thrilled when one day they finally registered 49.9%
