mmm, tuna melt! that sounds reallllly good..... I'll have to think about that for tomorrow! Do you do anything special to it? I only have one boring way of making tuna..

B: egg on german dark wheat toast
L: spinach, blueberries, and walnut salad; curried butternut squash soup; apple
S: 1/2c plain yogurt w/sliced strawberries and 1/4c museli
D: spicy beans n greens, cornbread
S: fudgecicle, ww chocolate smoothie with raspberries
i spray pam on a round baking tin, preheat oven to like 400, lay down two frozen pieces of whole wheat bread, slop on the tuna that ive made (water stored) by adding some mustard (no mayo) and salt and pepper then i put a slice of presliced 1 oz cheddar on top and leave in the oven till melted! mmm!
afternoon snack - piece of fruit (haven't decided yet) (2 pts) and a ww yogurt (1 pt)
d - Trader Joes Chili-Lime Chicken burger (2 pts) on a whole-wheat pita (2 pts) with onion, tomato, lettuce, and salsa; with one serving crinkle cut fries made with cooking spray in the oven (2 pts) and side salad with basalmic vinagrette (2 pts) (8 pts total)
B- oatmeal and a scoop of protein powder
S- plum
L- grilled chicken breast and some zucchini
S- canned peaches in light syrup
D- 5 oz sirloin, peel and eat steamed shrimp, mixed veggies
S- SmartOnes cookie dough dessert (170 calories)
Today I had an egg white omelet for breakfast, with mushrooms and red peppers. I'm having white chili for lunch.
