I just signed up for my first 5k. It's on Feb. 16.
Last night I borrowed my daughter's mp3 player to do my "wogging" too. I'm on week 4 of the C25K and when I hit the first 5 minute jog portion I decided to just jog until I couldn't anymore. I went for 20 minutes straight. I kept telling myself I would check the time after the next song and then kept going. I ended up walking/jogging for 40 minutes and had done another 13 minutes of broken up jogging (two 3 minute sessions and one fast 60 second sprint.) Now I just need to find me some clothes to wear in public to jog. I usually just wear sweats or sleep pants when I jog in the yard at home.
