Yeah, I had a moment the night before my weigh-in and did some emotional eating, which was really stupid... but this is a neverending journey and I have to try to learn from the experience. I woke up on weigh day so swollen it was ridiculous.
I'll be okay. As long as I see a trend of losses over the long term, I'm good. Nobody's perfect... I can do this. I lost 70 last year, I've got 50 to go to get to goal. Quitting is not an option. Period. Thanks for the encouragement.
