Congrats, wannabe.

I'm up four. My own stupid fault. I'll fix my tickers later. Gotta run to church. Have a good day, everyone!

Ekstatikia, you'll do twice as good next week. Your weight will always fluctuate. No biggie, just buckle down this week

Yeah, I had a moment the night before my weigh-in and did some emotional eating, which was really stupid... but this is a neverending journey and I have to try to learn from the experience. I woke up on weigh day so swollen it was ridiculous. I'll be okay. As long as I see a trend of losses over the long term, I'm good. Nobody's perfect... I can do this. I lost 70 last year, I've got 50 to go to get to goal. Quitting is not an option. Period. Thanks for the encouragement.

Had WI this morning. Only one pound gone It's so frustrating when you know you've worked so hard and then you lose 1. I'll keep my fingers crossed for better luck next week.

I am down 2 pounds this week. I made a couple poor choices in meals this week but I needed to use up things from the freezer...oh well. Also I didn't drink enough water most days this week and I know I have to drink as much as I can.
Congrats losers!!

Sounds like some are off to a good week! I might be one of those that isn't. I went crazy eating on Friday night and Saturday. I have been under my points the rest of the days to make up for it. I weigh in Friday so we shall see! Anyway, just checking in. Hi!

I weighed in this morning! I am down another .8 of a pound. I am still happy with that because it means slowly but surely I will make it! And my ticker actually moved for it! I used this countdown until my goal weight thing on another site that takes the average lost per week and calculates how many weeks until I make my goal. Anyway it says 14.4... that would be the beginning of May. A great time to make my goal!

Love to hear success stories! I just started this week, after a few "off" months. Last year, I had lost 30, and I have since regained 25 (I know. Holy stretch marks!!).
Currently, I'm at 164.5, and my goal is 125ish. I'm just under 5'4", and would like to feel healthier and look better. I live on the top floor of a walk up, and I hope to be able to walk quickly up the stairs without being winded!
