Hi all,
Is there anyone on the nutrisystem advanced? do you like it? honestly?! how are you doing on it? I started it on the 16th and having a hard time adjusting. I am use to eating what's left of my kids meals as my meal. I have not stepped on the scale yet, i figured waiting a full week would get me better results than checking day by day plus i am afraid of disappointement.

I started NS on 1/4. So far I have lost 9.5 lbs. I really like it. I think the food is good and I think it really hits home with portion control. I think it has broken my carb and sugar cravings. There is another thread on here called Nutrisystem Buddies - there are a few people who have had very inspiring results. Check it out.

I started NS at the beginning of September. I like it. Yes, there are some foods I can't stand - but I don't get those anymore
I have adjusted my autoship to only include those foods that I have tried and liked. NS isn't for everyone, it certainly isn't gourmet, but it is working for me.

You really shouldn't weigh yourself anymore than once per week, so you are just fine. The daily fluctuations on the scale will drive you crazy! (or at least they do to me LOL )
