I know the answer is sometimes no, but when you are counting calories it is important to have a good idea of what you are putting in your mouth. I saw this video on youtube and thought it was interesting; I might run out and get a scale today, maybe not for fresh fruits etc, but for packaged stuff, like yogurt and cottage cheese, for example.
