Kmart New Day Your Way
I think this is a good idea of a program they have. They've done it I think for at least 2 years. People go to a Kmart Today January 12th from 12 - 3 and get weighed in. The first 50 get a starter kit. Every 2 weeks the store you started at weighs you in again and as you hit goals you get "prizes". You also have to lose at least 2 pounds every 2 weeks and they check to make sure you aren't losing too fast. Sounds good right.
Well guess what. Employess of all the sponsors are excluded. Including Kmart. You'd think they'd want their employess healthy as well. I work there and I think it is stupid. Don't let us receive prizes, don't just exclude us completeley. All well.
I'm going to do the TBL challenge on this site so that will help me stay focused.
Just wanted to rant and give some information.
