Smile A few pounds dropped

I started my calorie counting on the 30th and I'm down 2.5 pounds already I'm so excited and it seems so easy to me... just wanted to check in!

P.S. Don't forget to update your current weight in your profile. You might want to change the middle weight to "ticker" so you don't have to change it all of the time.

DM, that's a great start. I believe once some people shake off th sigma of counting calories (being too hard, etc) and embrace it, it's the best way to drop pounds. I wish you continued success.
