MS. STEPHANIE ~ Good for you taking control of your life; making a list of things you would like to do, and then starting to do them. I wish I had started much earlier making changes in my life; I got sick when I was about 47 y/o and that prompted me to take some positive action for myself for once. Many women get caught up in a servitude lifestyle and forget to look after themselves.
My list wasn't huge; it had about a couple of dozen things, like ...

2) eat natural whole foods (d)
3) lose some weight (over 70+ so far)
4) start walking daily (d)
5) get myself my own income (d)
6) put some savings away just for myself (d)
7) start dancing (hoe-down style); doing that
8) get a big treadmill (d)
9) a recombent bike (d)
10) buy some new clothes that not only fit but are nice (d)

15) have my own cozy home (in the works)
16) have my own fenced yard for my doggies and birds (w)
17) go to church more often (d)
18) make some new friends (d)
19) keep in contact with my extended family more (d)
20) give to a charity of MY choice each year (d)

22) write more poems and songs (d)
23) stop watching TV (d)
24) rent a cottage in summer (d)
25) plant trees on our lot (done/50+)
Some other things that I haven't done yet, but wanted to are:
1) by an elliptical machine
2) get a weight gym set (a good one)
3) have a room just for my own personal gym
4) have a fireplace in my home
5) see my extended family more
6) travel and see this beautiful country of ours

11) plant trees every year
12) have a beautiful flower garden
13) downsize and simplify my life and home
14) get a newer more practical vehicle
15) lose more weight to be more comfortable
16) go to our childhood beach resort again
17) revisit our honeymoon destination
18) have a home that I'm proud to invite people to
19) spend more fun time with DH
20) share my political solutions with gov (d/some)
21) go shopping in the city more often
22) take a trip to Montreal, Quebec
23) a holiday to Ottawa, our capital, in summer and winter
24) go boating more (when DH fixes the row boat - lol)
