Aunt Erma!
Im doing fine with my plan, up untill that dreaded TOM. I go from being sensible and sticking to my plan, to wanting to eat everything in sight thats not nailed down.
Does anyone have any good ideas? I have a theory that maybe I need to stay away from bread and the likes, since it seems to trigger more bingeing, but its by no means fool proof.
