How's everyone doing?
I wanted to binge tonight, and I made the conscious decision not to. I've realized that bingeing is pretty much the one major roadblock for me in feeling and looking the way that I want. So instead, I focused on having a healthy supper, then treated myself to a 100-calorie snack and a(nother) peice of fruit
There will be candy at work tomorrow, and probably at home, since I live with a guy who can't resist candy on sale
I'm going to have a peice if I want it, or I might not have one at all. I'm not sure yet. One thing I'm NOT going to do is binge.
My goal right now is a week - I binged during the day today, so tomorrow will be Day #1.
