Default I have lost 80 lbs so far!
WOW! I was just updating my ticker and it says I have lost 80 lbs! I am so shocked. I have just been pluggin along, it has been slow going these last few months, but it is still comming off.

I think I am still a little shocked, that a good diet and exercise really does work! It has been fun to try new foods that I have never had before. Tonight we are trying eggplant. It is fun to be able to go out and run. The changes have been amazing in my mind, body and spirit! I am not done yet, but I want to shout to everybody you can do this! You find what works for you. Keep trying until you find the right mix. Jelly

girl!!! That's awesome, you're sooooo close to your goal!!! Those last 20 lbs. will be gone before you realize it. Yes it really does work!

amazing accomplishment

these past few weeks have been slow moving for me too, so I'm trying not to get discouraged, and remind myself "hey if you do this faithfully and wholeheartedly, the scale can't help but move eventually ~ you're NOT unique, the rules of physics apply to YOU too!" hehehe OK i shouldn't talk to myself so much

way to goooooooooooo!

80 lbs. NICE number! Congratulations on your life-altering weight loss. The changes ARE pretty phenomenal, aren't they? It's just the greatest thing!!! I'm so happy for you. I wish you continued success.

WTG It happens like that a lot doesn't it? Chugging along focusing on the little numbers and then *shock* they've added up to this huge number! 80 lbs. That's great ^^
