I've got to tell you that exercise is addictive. It's my morning meditation, my "me time", my happy place, and a lot more. I started to lose weight of course, but now it's become so much more than that. I can't believe how much better I feel after just 45 days of regular exercise and eating well. For the last two weeks my morning walks have had to be shortened due to covering a co-workers vacation, but come Monday I'll be back on the track for a full hour in the mornings, and I can't wait.
