I peeked in on the forums before I actually joined to see how people were getting on with the weight loss and one think I did notice was that by setting yourself smaller mini goals, like a monthly challenge people seemed to be losing that little bit more.
So far I’ve failed my first months challenge by 1lb, I had wanted a 10lb loss been the first month but got 9lbs which to me was amazing. I've a long way to go to reach my goal but taking it in smaller portions doesn't seem as daunting. I’ve got a 5lb goal set for this month (weight in every Saturday) and another that was set for Xmas. My main goal is for next years holiday in May when I hope to have lost a total of 59lbs over 37 weeks. This will take me to 12.5 stone which I would be more than happy with as I have a large body frame anyway.
Maintained this week thankfully. Has been a bad week diet wise but have stuck to my exercise so that must be why I haven't gained.
Oct 1st = 1lb off
Oct 8th = maintained
