Default Ah The Last 15!! Help

PLEASE HELP ME, im on my last 15 pounds and im stuck! I don't know what to do anymore....i need something to jumpstart my metabolism or something. any suggestions?...im almost to my goal

Someone, I can't remember who, recently posted a list of great hints for breaking a plateau. Unfortunately, I can't remember where I saw it, either -- maybe in featherweights or maintainers? But, it should turn up in a keyword search...

have you tried lowering your calories by 100 calories?

I readsummot somewhere on forum about it

We'd love to help you out! We'll figure this out - don't worry. But first we need a little info as to how to steer you in the right direction.

1. How long have you been losing weight for?
2. How long have you been stuck for?
3. What kind of eating program do you follow? Do you count calories? If so, how many? And what kinds of foods are you eating? Mostly processed or those high in fiber and protein?
4. What kinds of exercise are you doing and how frequently?

How tall are you? Unless you're fairly short, your body may be happy where it is.
