Southaven Farm pancakes are yummy
Well, I'm back to trying to lose a little more weight and I'm going to be really sensible this time. I'm also back to eating more healthfully and pulled a box of Southaven Farms gingerspice baking mix out of the cupboard this morning and made the ginger pancakes. They are wonderful!! Even if I go back to counting WW points, these have less than 1 point per pancake. I'll be making pancakes and muffins again from these mixes. Just wanted to share.
