2 slices low carb toast with jam
Sn baby carrots
small banana
lunch with a friend Subway turkey breast with ham, Baked Lays, water
Sn string cheese
ff Activia yogurt
Dn 6 oz tilapia
.5 c cott ch low fat
2 cup grn bns
Sn red fat ice crm bar
For a grand total of 1506 calories. Sounds yummy!
