[Optical Goddess]

Yesterday I recommitted myself to weight watchers. Even though it's been one day, I'm surprised by how different I feel! I'm not able to go to meetings, but the comraderie is still there. I got into a conversation with a lady by the Smartones in Target.

It's like being in a secret club or something, like we're in on something that other people aren't privy too.

It really helps to know that there are other people just like you who you can relate to. People who are role models, and people who may think you are a role model.

It makes me kind of warm and fuzzy inside...
The difference this time as compared to past attempts is that this is a way of life, not just a diet..

Does anyone else feel this way?

its so hard for me to wrap my head around the lifestyle point of view.

probably since Im so young.
but thats not the point, the point is, is that I love taking it one day at a time and to know that I am doing something good for my body....and my wallet! haha
