I haven't been here forever. Between breaking my hand, surgery, and moving to a new house I haven't had much time.

I haven't been doing well at all. Although I am down 3 more pounds in the last couple weeks so I don't complain. My Aug 18th goal of 175 isn't too far now...although we've long passed Aug 18th I'm still holding my head high.

And knowing I can handle what life throws me and get off track but still not gain has me GLOWING! Can't wait until my hand heals and I can start my videos again!

Hey there!!! I'm glad to see you back. Amazing with all that you had going on to lose another 3 lbs. That's terrific.

I hope you are nice and settled in your new home and that hand heals quickly so you can get back to your full routine. Good luck to you.
