I've finally completed the first week of my new lifestyle and I've lost 3lbs. The scales were dancing between 3/4lbs but settled on 3. I had hoped for a bit more this week but I know I shouldn't be greedy and any weight loss is a good weight loss. It just means I have to look at the 16st for another week.
This week I'm going to kick that 16st mark right out of my life!
way to go! ive just decided that today is the day my life changes. Im going to work had too and see what happens. I really hope i have a success to report this time next week as well. Well done!!
