instead of purging.
i'm at work, i just downed a whole order of chicken tenders followed by a gigantic order of bread sticks and a liter of water.
i feel bloated and disgusting...
i'm holding back very hard from going the rest room to purge to make this gross feeling go away.
im trying to tell myself, i'm off tomorrow night, let the feeling pass, go home, have a bowl of cereal and go see a personal trainer for a little bit tomorrow and i'll feel all better and move on.
but right now its taking everything in me to not purge it all and make this gross feeling go away. i wish so much i had eaten the powerbar in my purse and not the gross food that everyone ordered!!!
